MESIL 202 seriescanbe used for treatment of dry-spayed substances (like extinguisherpowders, various fillers) to make them free flowing and to reduce caking. 4. MESIL 202 seriescanbe used for impregnation of cylinder head gaskets in order toimprove their permeability properties. 5. MESIL 202 seriescanbe used for water repellent treatment of textiles (flat, natural,synthetic or mixed, knitted, non woven fabrics) either in a solvent system or in anaqueous emulsion using an appropriate technique.

Characteristics

MESIL 202 series is a methylhydrogen silicone fluid in which some of the methyl radicals of dimethyl silicone fluid are replaced by hydrogen. MESIL 202 is similar to MH-1107 (DowCorning), TSF-484 (Momentive), DF-1040 (Momentive), Rhodorsil H68 (Rhodia), SILRES BS 94 (Wacker) and KF-99 (ShineTsu). A clear coating with good water repellency, mold releasability, and lubricity is obtained by baking this product onto the surface of various materials.
